MBA-coloured glasses!
Posted by Aushima Thakur in Student life
The decision to study for an MBA was a well-thought one. And studying in Europe was another decision that received careful consideration. In addition to many other parameters, one reason was that I had lived in the US before, but I had never traveled to or lived in any European country.
As the first term ended and I could not wait for the vacation to start, I packed my bags and started for the long-planned trip to France and Italy.
One MBA adjustment you have to make, as you become a student again after having been a working professional for quite a few years, is having to wrap your mind around the hard fact that you are now no longer earning and you have expenses to take care of from the saving you have! This is not an easy adjustment to make. Another adjustment is the realisation that now you book your own flights, with no office travel desk to help you and give you your ticket print-out. (Yes, Google does pamper and spoil you!)
