Joep Elemans is the Director of the MBA and MFM Career Development Centre (CDC). Before Joep started his career at RSM, he completed his Executive MBA (EMBA) at RSM while working at a recruitment agency as a manager. Time flew by and, after a hectic two-week period of assignments to handle and final exams to present, Term 1 is officially over for the Full Time MBA13 Class. Actually, it is very far from being over! My favourite motto has always been you have to enjoy the ride and that is exactly the hardest thing to do right now. Let me explain why. The fourth term finally arrived, bringing great professors from almost every continent. Depending on your concentration area you are able to bid for at least five courses.
