It started!

Posted by in Student life

The first two days are over, they flew away  in like two minutes. Sitting in front of the monitor I can hardly imagine the intensity and gigantic wave of emotions we went through in these couple of days. We are still in the bright “honeymoon” period with RSM, and I am trying not to think hard about the next week and coming academic tension, as my sleep hours are already down to 5/per night and the under-eye concealer is already my best friend in the mornings. They say, it will get worse, but isn’t it the reason I am here…

MBA Real Life Part 9

Posted by in Uncategorized

My MBA is coming to an end. I have now completed my consulting elective as well. I must say, I am loving my electives. Consulting was great, our teacher is a partner in one of the leading consulting companies and since consulting is my first choice for my future career, I was fascinated. I hope my posts will be helpful to prospective RSM Applicants as well as fellow RSMers. It has been almost six months since I received my offer for MBA programme. Looking back, I realise it has been really a long time…

Summer – progress report

Posted by in Student life

Its been a little over 2 weeks since I started my internship. I finished my morning cup of tea, read the 2 mails (official) I received and then what? I decided to write a blog. If you are wondering how come I have been writing so often, no prises for guessing……yup, I am idle for most of the time. I had literally no work for the last 2 days. Even on the days I do have some work I have ample time. I have utilised the time reading many of the articles posted on the students blackboard (a web based…
