New Seasons and New Resolutions

Last saturday, we completed our last EMBA  session for 2014.

Fifty precent of the MBA program is now completed and looking back, I am amazed at how far we have come in this journey of growth and self development.

It has been year of intense learning and I am indeed thankful for the respite that the holidays will bring. Time to unwind, re-assess events of the past year  and hone strategies for the coming year.

This year I am making some slight changes to my end of year formalities. I am substituting my New Year resolutions in favour of strategies to maximize 2015 and bring to the fore the best expression of myself. I already started on this process some months ago, and will have it completed during the holidays. You can read about it in my blog post here.

I am thankful for the wonderful teachers, colleagues and project teams that I have been involved with over the past year. The support and opportunities to interact along the EMBA journey has been priceless.

Looking back, It’s been a huge learning process and now is a good time to take a break and enjoy some much needed time with families and friends. We shall return to do it all over again next year.

Merry Christmas everyone! May the new year be a fulfilling one for you and yours.
